leadership

Along with Mu Chapter membership comes the opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience. Within the chapter, brothers have the chance to serve in one of over 15 elected or appointed positions.
In addition, initiated members of Mu Chapter have the opportunity to participate in various leadership conferences including Delt's Sailing Leadership Academy and Bethany Leadership Academy, the North American Interfraternity Conference's (NIC) Futures Quest leadership institute and Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI), Delt's Presidents and Advisors Retreat, and OWU's Order of Omega and Interfraternity Conference.

service

Delta Tau Delta's National Community Services Program is Adopt-A-School. Three times a week, Brothers travel to Willis Middle School to tutor middle school students. Through Adopt-A-School, brothers not only contribute to the community and help elementary students with their studies, but gain the friendship and respect of many of the community's children.
Mu Chapter also holds a "Beach Bash" volleyball tournament each fall to raise money for the American Red Cross.

social
The "social" aspect of Greek life is often what draws our first attention and interest to a particular fraternity. Brothers will tell you that Mu Chapter is no exception to this rule. An inherent part of the Mu Chapter experience includes the opportunity to meet and get to know many individuals with whom you may not otherwise come into contact. Fraternity social gatherings provide a truly unique and always lively outlet which enhance the overall college experience.
However, while Mu Chapter membership may serve to provide you with a healthy social calendar during your time at Ohio Wesleyan, it also extends past the boundaries of our campus. The "social" aspect of fraternity life means "preparing men to lead society." Social connections are not only made locally at OWU, but throughout the worldwide Delt network. Membership in Mu Chapter serves to build a lifetime network of close and lasting friendships through fraternal brotherhood.
